I bought a shackle for the kicking strap and a spare today. Also splashed out on some S-Steel split pins for the launch trolley as a bit of twisted wire will simply not do for my boat. (Note this mania will not last)
I rigged the jib after I worked out where the jib halyard muscle box tied on to. Note not many ropes left now, may be 100 k.
I just have to work out the main sail out haul and the spinnaker, the Cunningham is in the bag well I think I know how it goes. But out haul is first. I am not ready for the spinnaker so that can wait.
The cover had a puddle of water on it and there was water in the boat so I need to store it with the bow higher up in future. Beer crate any one ?
